Price: custom shirts range in price from $95 to 400. Most shirts cost between $110 and $195. A shirt's price is based upon the cost of its fabric. Monogramming, pearl buttons, white collars, and other embellishments carry modest incremental charges.

Fabric Constructions: stocks an extraordinary bredth of attractive fabric. Construction includes 50/1; 60/1 compact; 80/2; 100/2; 120/2; 140/2; 160/2; 200/2; and 3x3 170 from Switzerland. These high-count yarns are woven from Pima, Egyptian, or Sea Island cotton.

Fabric Origins: sources fine shirtings from Japan, India, Turkey, Portugal, Italy and Switzerland.

Ordering: There is generally a five-shirt minimum. This minimum is waived for weddings, gift certificates, and students.

When you visit our fabric-filled studio, measurements are taken, fit and details are discussed, and fabrics are selected.

Within two to three weeks a first sample shirt is prepared and a fitting is scheduled. After wearing and laundering the shirt at least twice, we reevaluate the fit at the studio. Corrections to the first shirt are made if necessary. In the rarest cases, a completely new sample is tailored at no charge.

Once we decide on corrections to the sample shirt, the balance of the order is produced. A two-shirt minimum applies to future orders.
